This coaching program includes your strengths profile and two 1 hour online coaching sessions via Zoom.

Design pathways that draw upon your strengths to move them from where you are to where you want to be.

Deliver on your commitments by taking small steps to develop your strengths and turn your hopes into reality.

Complete your strengths profile online
Look at where you have used your strengths already 
Think about where you want to apply and use your strengths in the future 

Step 2- Dream and Design using your strengths

1 hour online coaching session to debrief your profile. 
Understand your strengths, how you have used them so far and how you can use them in your life from now on.
Define a plan that works for you to use your strengths regularly.

Step 3- Deliver using your strengths

1 hour online coaching session.
Sense check how you have started using your strengths more proactively.
Identify how you are starting to build a habit of using your strengths and what would take the approach a step further ( from small steps to reality).   

Bonus- Self-care coaching session

 1 hour online coaching 
Assess your current self-care routine and what is needed to improve it. 
Define the next steps to improve your self-care routine and make it a habit.
